Project Description

A challenging project that involved an extensive renovation spread over three levels. The integration of so many structural elements connecting into the exiting structure posed many challenges throughout the build.

The lift accessing all three levels had to work within several existing structural elements. Limited site access via the lake frontage made manual handling a pivotal strategy throughout the build. The high level of finishes combined with talented trades ensured the final product was nothing short of luxury.

The 180 degree lake views and panoramic windows ensure the breath-taking view is encapsulated. The precise cranage of massive panels of glass to the main stair atrium and two custom curved central staircases ensure a sense of grandeur throughout this stunning home.
